Red & Blue is an acrylic painting that is part of my Radiant Series of abstract works. I painted this intuitively, laying out a basic framework, but making adjustments as I went along. Color became a very important component as I balanced the areas between size and shade. As a result, this painting has a beautiful textural quality.
